ABOUT THE TEAM

UBC Rocket was founded in 2016 with the goal of pushing the boundaries of university rocketry technology and teaching students the complexities of rocket design, manufacture and launch. The team has launched 12+ rockets, achieved 1st place at both the Spaceport America Cup & Launch Canada competitions and was the first university team to perform a static test fire on Canadian soil.
